Turn Key Solutions did an amazing job with fixing the computer issue I was having at work. The technician was very helpful over the phone and guided me step by step. Once I got confused, he stated he would come on sight to help. He arrived in a timely manner and went straight to my computer and began working on the issue. He did not leave his seat until the problem was fixed. Normally, when the technician arrives at our Surgical Centre he completes any task/issue we may have, so I was confident he would be able to fix the problem. Once he was done, he explained to me what the issue was and how to move forward now that it was fixed. I truly appreciate the professionalism and knowledge of everyone at Turn Key Solutions.
