  1. As long as we have consent.   If you want us to stop texting you, please let us know and we will do everything we can to make sure we don’t do it in the future.
  2. If you are an employee or a vendor for one of our active, paying customers, and the text message is for the purpose of supporting you or the customer.   Please know that if you ask us to stop texting you, this may seriously affect our ability to support you in the future.   Examples of where this could be a problem is if we need to reach you because your email address or servers are currently not working, your phone services are interrupted, and all other means of communication with you are currently unavailable.    If you ask us to never text you, in some of these or other situations we will have no way to contact you.   But, we will respect your wish to not be texted, of course.
  3. If you work with a prospective customer that has requested information from our website or from an event or if you’ve responded to some other marketing outreach or advertising.
