Turnkey has the bench to handle our day-to-day support needs in a timely way but also to delve into layered tickets where there are cross issues with our VOIP system and the network. In emergencies, there on site dispatch time is very small. We have a medical clinic with ten providers, four locations and over 70 employees. I couldn’t operate without them.
